Why Suggest a Feature?

How to Submit Your Feature Idea

Option 1: Email

Send your suggestion to:
features@gigantiq.co

Include: - Your Gigantiq account email - Feature name - Detailed description and why it’s important

Option 2: Forum

Post under the Feature Requests category in the forum.

Option 3: Dashboard Widget

Use the Suggest a Feature widget in your Gigantiq dashboard for quick submissions.

What Makes a Great Suggestion?

  • Clear purpose: What problem does it solve?
  • Impact: How will it improve user experience?
  • Details: Include examples or mockups if possible.

Review Process

  • Suggestions are reviewed within 7 business days.
  • Approved ideas are added to the Platform Updates roadmap.
  • You’ll be notified if your feature is selected for development.

Not all suggestions can be implemented immediately, but every idea is logged and considered.
