Offboarding from Gigantiq

When your project ends or your contract is terminated, Gigantiq ensures a smooth offboarding process. This guide covers final steps, access removal, and payout completion.


Overview

Offboarding is essential for:

  • Securing project data and intellectual property
  • Completing pending payments
  • Closing access to tools and platforms
  • Providing feedback for future opportunities

Offboarding Checklist

Before your contract officially closes, make sure you:

  • Submit all pending timesheets and verify logged hours.
  • Confirm your final payout details (Stripe or Wise).
  • Return or delete any project-related assets as instructed.
  • Remove access to project tools (Slack, Airtable, Git repos).
  • Complete the Exit Survey for feedback.
  • Download any personal documents from the Contracts tab.
  • Review tax documentation for compliance.

Tip

Offboarding tasks will appear in your Dashboard under Tasks.
Deadlines are displayed in your Calendar Planner for easy tracking.


Final Payout Process

  • Ensure all hours are submitted and approved.
  • Payments are processed via your chosen method:
    • Stripe (default)
  • Expect final payout within 7 business days after approval.

Warning

Delays may occur if timesheets are incomplete or payment details are incorrect.


Access Removal

Once offboarding is complete:

  • Gigantiq will revoke access to:
    • Slack channels
    • Airtable boards
    • Git repositories
  • Ensure you have exported any personal notes or files before the deadline.

Note

Unauthorized retention of project data violates Gigantiq’s confidentiality agreement.


Exit Survey

Your feedback matters! Complete the Exit Survey to:

  • Share your experience
  • Suggest improvements
  • Stay eligible for future projects

Survey link will be emailed and available in your dashboard.
