What is Gigantiq?

Gigantiq is a talent-on-demand platform that connects businesses with skilled professionals for project-based work.

Who can use Gigantiq?

Gigantiq is designed for business use only. Both clients and professionals must meet eligibility requirements outlined in the ../user-agreement.


Account & Profile

How do I create an account?

Click Sign Up on the Gigantiq homepage and follow the registration steps.
Your account will be verified before activation.

Can I update my profile information?

Yes. Navigate to Profile Settings in your dashboard to update details anytime.

Why was my account suspended?

Accounts may be suspended for: - Providing false or misleading information - Breaching the User Agreement rm for unlawful purposes


Onboarding & Offboarding

How does onboarding work?

After contracting, onboarding sessions are automatically scheduled and displayed in your Calendar Planner.

What happens during offboarding?

You’ll complete final timesheets, confirm payouts, and revoke tool access.

Payments

How do I set up payments?

Gigantiq supports Stripe (default).
Follow the steps in your dashboard under Setup Payments.

When will I receive my payout?

Payments are processed within 7 business days after timesheet approval.
Stripe payouts have a mandatory 7-day hold for the first transaction.


Privacy & Security

How is my data protected?

Gigantiq complies with POPIA and GDPR.

Can I request my data to be deleted?

Yes. Submit a request to privacy@iqbusiness.net.


Technical Support

I can’t log in. What should I do?
  • Perform a hard refresh (⇧+Cmd/Ctrl+R)
  • Clear browser cache
  • Try a different browser If the issue persists, email support@gigantiq.co.
Why can’t I see my onboarding document?

It may still be under preparation. Complete your profile and payment setup while you wait.
